Patrick Manning Handley lost his battle with Cancer on March 22, 2018. He was a dedicated patriot, army veteran, son, nephew, brother, cousin, father and friend. Pat had a passion for hunting, bulldogs and rat terriers, barbecuing, family and countless friends.

Pat was born to Timothy and Barbara Handley on April 22, 1963. Raised on the farm in Ft. Collins, Colo., he spent most of his life on and around the Handley Ranch in Gonzales, both he considered home. He loved his mountains. From the hills at the Handley Ranch, or his place up Rist Canyon, Colo., he was truly a mountain man. He took great pleasure from simple things. His sense of humor was a one and only, and always had a hug and a smile for all.

Pat is survived by his daughters Amanda and Tonja Handley, his sister Kristen Handley, his nieces Danielle Johnson and Mikaela Polster and his only nephew Dakota “Red” Polster, and many adoring cousins, friends and family. 

A Memorial Service and Celebration of life will take place Saturday, May 26 at 2:00 PM at Handley Ranch, 28485 Iverson Road, in Gonzales.
